molasses

ground ginger

Cinnamon

Baking soda

sugar ; decoration
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in egg and molasses.
Add flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll balls into sugar and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
